Who we are

Creatiles (thecreatiles.com) is run by BooBoo Games. It makes video ads and playable ads for mobile games. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use it.

Your account

You need an account to make ads. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what is done from your account is taken as done by you.

The free plan is for trying Creatiles on your own game: one per person and one per computer.

We may pause an account that is used to break these terms, to get around the free plan's limits, or to harm the service or other people.

Credits and packages

Everything we make for you is paid for in credits. One second of finished video is 10 credits, so a 15-second ad is 150 credits and a 30-second ad is 300. A playable ad is 1,500 credits.

The free plan gives 450 credits, once. Paid packages are billed monthly, in advance, and their credits renew each month. Credits you do not use do not roll over to the next month, and nothing is charged beyond your package. Prices exclude taxes.

Credits are taken when you order. If a video fails to generate, or a playable you asked for cannot be made, those credits come back to your account.

You can cancel a package at any time. Payments are taken by Razorpay; we never see your card.

Playable ads

To ask for a playable you send us your game's APK, a recording of the part you want played, and what the player should do. It is built from those, with AI, for the ad networks you pick.

A build usually takes an hour or more. It appears on your Playables page, and we write to your email address when it is ready. You can ask there for changes, which are built again at no extra cost. If we cannot make it from what you sent, we tell you why and give the credits back.

What you send us

You must own the game, or have permission to use it, for everything you send: store links, artwork, gameplay recordings and game files. By sending them you confirm that you do, and that using them to make ads does not break anyone else's rights.

You keep ownership of all of it. You allow us, and the providers that work for us, to use what you send only to make the ads you ask for and to show them to you.

Your uploads are kept privately. Ask us and we will delete them.

What we make for you

The ads and playables we deliver are yours to use, on any ad network, for as long as you like.

They are made with AI from what you sent. Look at each one before you run it: you are responsible for the ads you publish and for meeting the rules of the networks and stores you publish them on. We cannot promise that a network will approve an ad, or how it will perform.

Using Creatiles fairly

Do not send anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to use.

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or to get at another workspace's work.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep Creatiles running and to make every ad well, but it is provided as it is: we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

When something we made fails, we make it again or return its credits.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Creatiles after that, the new terms apply.
